Mia is a social media manager and brand designer, who is based in Alberta, Canada. Mia helps women-led businesses within the wellness and creative space. Mia is also a yoga teacher and a proud believer of mindfulness.

When creating this brand we wanted to give nods to yoga and include peaceful and serene colours, along with tranquil images.
