For 'Brand In A Week' it can take between 5–7 days. As for 'Branding For The Entrepreneur' it takes between 3–4 weeks.
Of course! Combining a brand design package along with a social media and/or website design will result in a US$500 discount.

Things that are not included in the price are things such as, Showit website subscription costs, copywriting, additional revisions, hosting costs, font licenses and brand photography costs.
